1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using LesothoListings, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
2. Business Listings
We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information. However, we do not guarantee the accuracy of business details submitted by third parties. Business owners are responsible for claiming and updating their own listings.
3. User Reviews & Conduct
Users may submit anonymous reviews. However, the following are strictly prohibited:
- Use of illegal, hate speech, defamatory, or obscene language.
- Posting fake reviews for competitors or self-promotion.
- Harassment or threats against business owners or other users.
Violation Consequence: We monitor reviews for illegal content. If detected, your device IP will be logged, the review will be deleted, and your device may be banned from submitting further content. Legal action may be taken in severe cases.
4. Verification & Fees
Standard verification is free and takes 1-2 weeks. We offer a "Priority Verification" service for M50, which expedites the process to 24 hours. Payments are non-refundable if the business is rejected due to policy violations.
5. Limitation of Liability
LesothoListings is a directory platform only. We are not responsible for any transactions, disputes, or damages arising from interactions between users and listed businesses. Users should perform their own due diligence.
6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
